I have been helping my clients sell and buy real estate since 1985. Specializing in assisting owners prepare their homes for sale to maximize the sales price and minimize the time it takes to sell. I like to refer to it as Sale-ability! I think of myself as a consultant and conductor of your real estate transaction(s). I am not a Sales Person! I will help you understand the buying process so when the property you desire becomes available you will be ready to move forward with confidence!
