Cathy has been specializing and servicing buyers and sellers in the Seacoast of NH and ME from multi-family homes, condominiums, commercial to residential real estate. Her experience and knowledge of the local markets and solid reputation within the brokerage community translates into a valuable resource for her clients. Clients have said that her ability to listen and decipher their wants and needs are two of Cathy's trademark strengths. Due to the evolution of the real estate industry and its changes, she places an emphasis on continuing education and has received the advanced designations of CRS(Certified Residential Specialist, SRES®(Senior Housing Specialist) and ABR®(Accredited Buyer Representative). As an active member of the Seacoast Board she also has served as President of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, Member of the Professional Standards, Finance & Education Committees. Cathy has spent many years assisting in fund raising events for local charities including Cross Roads, Family First, Portsmouth Housing Authority and many more. She cares about her community and is always willing to give back and help out.

In 2005, she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence and she has been an award winning Agent for over three decades! In addition to receiving the President Circle and Leading Edge award multiple times, she also is a consistent multi-million dollar sales producer year after year.
