Arlene is a licensed REALTOR in both MA and NH, and started her real estate career in 2009. As someone who has always been intrigued by real estate, she sold her home without a license and quickly realized this was her next career. Prior to joining the real estate profession, she spent 20+ years in the high tech/medical device industry as a human resources professional dealing with all aspects of people and problems. She enjoys helping others, solving problems, and building long lasting relationships with her clients. She believes her exceptional communication and people skills acquired during these years are invaluable when dealing with challenging real estate transactions. She represents buyers and sellers in both states with residential and commercial properties. Her coverage areas are the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH. Arlene has spent most of her adult life living in Chelmsford and the Lowell area. She is very familiar with the surrounding towns, school system, businesses and the differences each market has to offer. Arlene is a member of New Hampshire Board of Realtors and the Northeast Association of Realtors, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. In her free time, Arlene enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and cycling with her husband and daughter. You can often find Arlene cycling, hiking or working out with her husband. She loves music, reading, and volunteering. Arlene and her family supports several non-profit charities such as the Make- A-Wish Foundation, the Fresh Air Fund, and The Dana Farber/Pan Mass Challenge Ride.
